Herbal Nails (10% off Mon thru Wed for any service $30 and up)

I’ve been going to Herbal Nails since I was in 4th grade ( I’m 20 ) I’ve never had any form of issue until now, but unfortunately this is one of the worst nail experiences I’ve had. I came in on 02/19/2024 and asked for white stilettos, the only change for the set to be just a teeny bit shorter, but not too much . When it came time for them to be cut I didn’t realize how short they actually were when Lisa ( my nail tech) had asked. Throughout the process I came to the conclusion that it wasn’t what I was asking for and asked for them to be sharper or whiter in hopes they’d turn out better. But, I left unhappy and when I got in my car I called and let them know it wasn’t exactly what I was asking for and If i could get a redo, which was no problem ! I came in the next day 02/20/2024 at 11

I had a great experience today, I couldn’t help but to share it. I’m 4 days away from my due date and my husband had been encouraging me to go get pampered. This salon was able to get me in within the hour. Everything was in a timely manner & I felt very welcomed. Lisa was very friendly since the beginning. I felt very seen and heard as a pregnant client. The pedicure was relaxing and my nail set is stunning.

I called a day in advance checking the prices and was told regular acrylics were $20, but was told once I came in that I was misunderstood and the price was actually $40. That disappointed me as well as how they made me wait until my friend was finished for mine to be done. I came in at 12:45 and left at 2:45. Did not expect to have to sit in the lobby while my friend got hers done alone. My nails are a little uneven with each other and there’s a bunch of excess nail and glue underneath that’s quite uncomfortable. For the price and wait I have to say i expected a little more effort from them. Overall I am pleased with my nails but I will have to make a few adjustments at home. The thing that really set me over the edge was at the end of my purchase, I marked $1.00 for tip on the receipt.

I’ll be back! He did a great job on my nails and the price was very reasonable. The establishment was clean. The tv was on silent with relaxing music playing overhead. (I don’t enjoy loud television when I’m getting my nails done, so this was a win for me.) I definitely will recommend Herbal Nails to my friends! ☺️

Dear Herbal Nails, I tried Dominion Nail Bar yesterday (6/2). I normally go to your nail salon with lovely Helen. I was so very dissatisfied with the tech who worked on me at DNB. I would list my experience. I’ll take the high road and not do that. I will definitely be back to my neighborhood nail salon, Herbal Nails with Helen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
