This is 3 not 5 only becuase it TOTALLY depends on the technican. Samantha is amazing. Wish she did dip nails. But ill only use her for pedicure. No one else. Dip manicures I had one great one, and one absolutely horrid one. Different girls. If I stayed with just the first one only, this would be a 5. Wish I could recall. Angela was the one I didnt like at all. Nails were a mess. Dip color didn't cover to edges. All my fingers had the dried gel clear coat all over like I was a kid playing with superglue. Thesenare my natural nails. Not tips. Cut way to short but once first cut was done wrong had to go with it and make them even. Loved Paul he did awesome on my ombré nails. The pedicure was 10000/10!! Best experience will be back every time I come back in town. He was timely, great customer service, professional and talented!

Wanted some cute fall but spooky nails for my upcoming Tennessee trip and Paul did not disappoint! He took his time and created the perfect set of nails! I love them and have gotten so many compliments ☺️ I highly recommend Paul for your nail design needs!

Gone a couple times not a single good experience got my toes and nails done today by 2 different people and neither put the polish to the end of my nail or sides one girl didn’t even file my moms nails down after cutting they just slapped some half -butted nail polish on us and charged us for services we didnt receive paid 50 for dip nails got gel which is 40 they didn’t even give my mom the hot towel treatment even though their sheet states all services come with it but honestly it was Valentine’s Day for my mom and me but our next appointment will be else where!

Love herbal! Holly did my nails today and they are perfect. Everyone here is kind and professional. The receptionist was so sweet and I really feel like she cared about my day and then about my service. Highly recommend Herbal.
