Every time I go for a mani they cut my cuticle so bad. Pedis are fine, which is why I gave 3 stars, but I don’t think I’ve ever walked out with a fresh mani without bloody cuticles. This last visit I’m preparing for an engagement and specifically asked them to be super careful so I don’t have a cut in photos. Guess which finger was the first one bleeding.. my ring finger. I’ll have to start going somewhere else for a mani because multiple techs have cut me here even when I warn them my skin is thin. Sometimes on multiple fingers. Kind of defeats the purpose of having nice looking nails in your cuticles have red scabs.
I needed a new set for my daughter’s bridal shower. Online says they close at 7pm and I got there at 530pm on a Tuesday as a walk in. The set came out horrible. Wavy and chunky. The nail polish (gel) was thick and not shaped well at all. The lady was clearly in a rush trying to close early. She was not gentle at all. Then she handed me over to her coworker without explaining anything. She met me at the register and only changed her tone when I tipped her and was leaving. I would not recommend this place. There’s plenty other places very close by that do a great job.
They always are able to schedule me close or exactly the appointment time and date. They have a clean and comfortable atmosphere. And my nails are always on point! I get what I want each time and it’s with quality products so my nails are never lifting or easily damaged. Hai and William are my go to techs! 🙌🏼
Experience was amazing! Service was great! Lislet did and amazing job and I thank her for her time and effort!
I normally don't leave poor reviews, but this is unacceptable. When I came into the salon, I asked for a pretty pink color which I picked out. The lady told me no. She said it was too "see through" and said "pick something else". I picked a similar shade from the ring of colors that were not labeled "sheer". She did my pedicure, which turned out so horrible. I have nail polish on my toes. Then, the same lady (an older woman I've never seen before) did my full set. At one point, she kept running the dremmel tool over the same spot until it was burning. Then, she kept taking her own fingernail to try to remove the mistakes and actually put lines in the polish. I spent $106 on this. Needless to say, I won't be back. I have photos to upload, but I don't see a place to do so.
