I started my monthly facial subscription at Heyday this summer in anticipation of my wedding, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin. Shaneka initially, and more recently Darlene, have both been incredible. They truly care about helping you achieve lasting results—not just a glow that fades after the appointment. What I love most is that they never try to upsell. Instead, they thoughtfully recommend products that genuinely fit into my skincare routine and help maintain the progress between visits. This was my first time at Heyday and I honestly loved everything about it! The space feels so clean, welcoming, and relaxing the moment you walk in. Darlene took such great care of me — she’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to explain what your skin needs and how to maintain those results at home. She understood my skin, and she made me feel seen and supported throughout the entire appointment. I left glowing and already excited for my next session. This was my first time at Heyday, and overall, it was a really positive experience. The space is very clean and well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and professional. My facial itself was great — the esthetician was knowledgeable, gentle, and explained everything she was doing, which I appreciated. That said, there were a few things I wish I had known ahead of time. First, they don’t include the décolleté area in their treatments, which I assumed would be part of it. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. The layout is semi-private — while each treatment area has its own space, the walls are thin, so I could hear conversations happening in other rooms pretty clearly. If I could score above a 10 I would. The front desk particularly Camila was amazing. Friendly, smiley, personable and attentive. Michael really seemed to know what he was doing - thoughtfully and throughly looked at my skin and told me what he believed I needed to do and wasn’t trying to upsell me on products or add ons that weren’t necessary. We talked the perfect amount for me to relax and enjoy. My skin looks amazing.
