Simone was wonderful! Kind, informative, and gentle with my skin. The products felt good on my skin. The hydrated post-facial glow didn’t last more than about 30 mins after I left (my last facial results left a glow for over a day) but I still felt the experience was mostly worth the $125 value given Heyday is cheaper than most other options in the area. The esthetician spent plenty of hands on time throughout the process which I really appreciated. The “First50” deal didn’t ring up as a true 50% off. When I tried to ask the receptionist about the difference, she was dismissive, so not sure what’s going on there. I think there’s room for the receptionists to be more professional (I heard gossip about customers while I waited) but what’s most important is the service provider and she was

Carly is amazing. She is knowledgeable, super focused, warm and gives me the best facial. My skin is glowy, radiant and clean when I walk out. I love that she tries every product and makes wonderful recommendations for my skin. I have been seeing her monthly for the past year and amazed by her level of expertise. A true gem

I've been a member for over a year, seeing Drew exclusively, because she put so much time and attention into making sure to check all the ingredients of their products, even as they changed over time, ensuring she only used products that wouldn't cause my many allergies to flare up - down to checking individual fragrance ingredients for my limonene allergy. One of the most detail oriented, professional, and personable esthetician I've ever had care for my skin.

Laura is terrific, skilled and empathetic. Penny and other front desk staff have been incredibly helpful many times. Basic facials are great and so are the laser facials.

0 stars if I could. I had a $100 gift card with free enhancement and they refused to honor it. Scam artists. I gave them the order number, showed the confirmation emails, bank statements and they refused to honor their “non-expiring” gift card. Manager was so rude and disrespectful and wasn’t trying to find a solution. Shame because the facial itself was decent but this store is poorly run and has zero integrity. Would not recommend and will never go back to any Heyday.
