Hi Class Nails

Went with my wife and they took us in no problems. They did a great job on the two pedicures and I have diabetes and they took good care of me. Don’t know why some people had issues. Will be going back again.. 😊

10/10 don’t recommend 😐 came for a spa pedi and the lady was hurting me I had to tell her multiple times it hurt. She rushed doing my feet I asked for hot lotion and oil it was super cold. I will not be returning. No tip and I will not recommend

Seriously why can't they figure out a way to average in a ZERO star rating? I went to HI Class Nails to fix a bad mani I got from Tully nails. I got a basic gel mani with a gem on ring fingers. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE decision. One gem lasted 30 minutes one lasted 3 hours. Now one of my nails is starting to peel. I went in to complain (21 hours later) and she asked if I could come back tomorrow because they were busy ( with 2 pedicures) and the owner wasn't there. DON'T DO IT. The place is dirty and outdated. I can't tell you how many times she nicked my cuticles with the Dremel. But since I am trying to be more positive in 2022- if you need something quick and disposable for a dimly lit occasion, this place will work. They aren't busy. No wait.

I am pleased with my nails but it took 2 HOURS from start to finish just on a fill. The tool would get uncomfortably hot so I would be in pain when she filed my nails and removed my gel. I also received a good 3 cuts on my nail bed. She was very detailed which I appreciated but it was just way too long of a process. I will not be returning, there are plenty better nail salons in Moreno Valley.

The first time I came into Hi class nails was on the morning of my wedding.! After that I moved away for 5 years and once I was back I went straight back to Cherry’s place.! The staff are all very polite & courteous, I’m always happily greeted when I go. My nails have always come out great only once or twice did I have to ask them to add a little more polish on the edge or shave off a bit more but If you keep it real with them they do the same for you. I love this nail salon 💅 💯
