I love this place! Been coming here the past couple years since moving to Sonoma from San Diego. Tried it out of convenience, but kept coming back because of how great a job they do! They can always get me in, they are efficient, careful, and creative - always working with me to figure out what I want to do. I’ve also been dealing with ingrown toenails since going to another salon that didn’t cut my nails properly, so I’ve come back here even after moving up to Healdsburg because they truly take care of me and have remedied the situation. They have consistently had the same nail technicians working here, as well which is comforting to know you’re going to get someone you know! Also, super reasonably priced compared to other salons and you actually get what you pay for! Not overpriced, low

I’ve been going to Hi Nails for about a year now, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve never really felt comfortable in nail salons, but that completely changed after my first visit here. Every appointment since, they’ve made me feel so welcome and at ease. What I love most is how personal the experience is. They actually remember the things I’ve shared about my life and always ask how my mom and sister are doing, which is incredibly sweet and means a lot. I’ve never experienced that at any other nail salon. And it’s not just with me. They’re always asking customers about their lives, whether they’re new or returning customers. I’m usually calling day‑of for a gel mani/pedi, and they always find a way to fit me in. They’ll even give me a call if they’re able to get me in soo

I love Hi Nails. The nail techs do a phenomenal job with providing professional, kind and patient service. My nails look perfect and I leave feeling pampered and relaxed. I am super picky about my nails and the nail techs are great about ensuring I love my nails. This nail salon and spa offer the BEST pedicure I have ever had and I always feel welcomed and valued as a client. I would highly recommend this nail salon/spa as the best in Rincon Valley.

I been coming here for last 3 months after I have tried all the other nail salons in the area and I can say this is by far the best!!! Be patient they are busy it’s a very small business usually only 2 people so make an appointment. They work very hard and if you are nice respectful they treat you like a Queen. They always pick my nail color for me, since I been coming there I always get compliments. My real nails are growing my gel manicure never chips, and I am a nurse so this says a lot. Prices are good. The owner waxes my eyebrows and she does a great job, my eyebrows are hard bc one is different and she has manage to salvage my eyebrows after a local place in town messed up my eyebrows. They are back to being beautiful. They always do a good job on my feet too. Love this place. Be nic

Holly and Tina are friendly, kind and do a super job! The shop is very clean, light and bright with "food porn" on the large TV playing nonstop. So fun...The ladies were at a previous salon and have followed them to the new venue. Speaks volumnes for their service!! You won't be disappointed...
