Showed a photo of what I wanted, disregarded and did what she wanted. When I said I didn’t like it, she immediately got an attitude. I was uncomfortable at that point and just wanted the process to be over. I mentioned again that I didn’t not like the color match. Nothing. I told my daughter in front of everyone that I hated my nails! Nothing! As a mother of 5, a trip to the nail shop should be relaxing. This luxury is expensive therefore you expect it to be done correctly. Nails are the only thing I budget for myself! Having to pay $70 for nails that are cringe you absolutely hate stings! I’ve been coming here for about 8 years and these are my most recent outcomes 🥰 I always leave very satisfied with their work. Shoutout to Lee on the eyebrows, she’s gets me right every time. Tu does amazing pedicures, so relaxing 😌 Last but not least, Vinny and Tiffany slays every full set 😍

I always get good and friendly service here! Tiffany always gets my nails right and perfect, she’s very detailed. The rest of the staff is always friendly and attentive and even with everything that’s going on with covid-19 they are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of their customers. Please be careful if you’re considering this kind of nail salons. I have a couple Of complaints. 1) the lady was digging into one of my toenails a bit too harsh.(I don’t have ingrown nails so no need to dig into nail) I jumped twice because it hurt. And today I have pus and discomfort. 2) She was trying to use a cheese grader on my feet. 3) the exfoliating sponge looked way overused. My heel is still the same as when I walked in, Zero exfoliating happened. 4) the tools were clearly just put in a Sterilization Pouch to give the illusion of sanitized. Bag was not sealed. She spoke very little English and was having a hard time understanding me. I would question if her certification is legit.

I went for the first time today with a friend and got pedicure and nails done, my pedicure is fine no problems with that. The service is fine as well but my nails are horrible! I paid $60 including tip! Which I won’t mind paying if the work done is satisfactory but my nails are huge! They are sloppy,crooked, and I am just not pleased at all. Right when he started I noticed my nails crooked and I told him and he blamed it on my finger lmao but he said wait till I’m done you will see they will be straight, I said ok. I’m not the type to complain so I paid for my service. So I’m definitely going back and talking to the manager for possibly a refund because I’m not happy at all. I literally want to take them off or not even show them to people!
