Had the best facial today! My skin feels incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing. The space was relaxing, the service was professional, and everything was explained clearly without feeling overwhelming. Such a great experience—I’ll definitely be back.

Had my first facial by Brooke S at the MKT location. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the facial she gave me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what she does, and it shows in every part of the experience. From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable, listened to my concerns, and tailored everything specifically to my skin’s needs. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure every step was intentional and effective. My skin has never felt this clean, hydrated, or radiant. If you’re looking for a typical spa experience, this isn’t it. It’s like an assembly line for facials. You’re sitting in what feels like a hair salon type seat that reclines. I found the chair comfortable, but I didn’t like feeling exposed. The facial is above the chin. You don’t take off your top for a spa robe so the chest is not focused on it all. You’re definitely paying the price of a regular facial and I think the value of this facial is significantly overpriced for what you get. I did not enjoy the face massage, my face felt like it was being put through a car wash with those flapping pieces of material that come on top of your car. My body was tense the entire time. I absolutely love Hi,Skin! The service is always so refreshing, and the care the estheticians show for you as a person truly stands out. I’ve been seeing Taylor for all my facials, and the journey my skin has gone through with her is incredible. She’s given me amazing recommendations and genuinely cares about my progress. When I first started seeing her in September of last year, I was dealing with acne for the first time in my life and now my skin has completely transformed. Hi,Skin really focuses on long-term skin health, and that’s something I deeply appreciate. Chandler was great! She was very thorough and I felt very relaxed and cared for during the facial. I loved how she explained each step of the process, the purpose and what I would expect to feel. I received the dermaplaning and microdermabrasion which I was a little nervous that it would be irritating but she was gentle and my skin was soft, smooth and glowing afterwards. I would definitely recommend Chandler for your next facial.
