Maddison S was incredible — she was so fun to talk to and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. My first facial and the experience was amazing! The staff was very warm and friendly upon arrival making sure I was all checked in and if I needed anything prior to my services starting. Once I was with my y for aesthetician, she went over everything I was doing today, confirmed my medical history and was super friendly making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Once my facial started she talked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable, the blanket is an amazing touch! I was so sad when my hour was up, the experience was so great. I cannot wait to return and get another facial!

Started going to Hi Skin because of my cystic & hormonal acne. Always feel very insecure about my skin but wanted to try every remedy before I was put on Accutane. I’m so glad I made my first appointment when I did. Not only did they make me feel seen, they made me feel like it was possible to clear my skin. Working with the team and being diligent about my skin care (and food care) I was able to beat my acne within a year and have only seen the best improvements since.
