Madison is a phenomenal stylist! Super professional, fun to be around and very accommodating! The other staff were also very kind and would stop in throughout the appointment to talk with me. As for my hair, I love it so much and I have never felt more like myself then I do now! Although the process was long, I was comfortable through the entire service. Definitely definitely come in, and book with Madison!

I’ve been seeing Hannah (yes we have the same name) since I moved to the Austin area in 2023, I live in San Marcos now and still make the drive to see her she’s that good! I always leave looking and feeling more like myself, she makes sure that I get exactly what I wanted which can be so hard to find in a stylist. Today was my first time visiting her at HiFi and I really appreciated the welcoming and down-to-earth atmosphere, it’s rare that a salon operates in a way that fosters connection and collaboration rather than just operating as a business that pressures clients into spending more than what they signed up for. I’m so pleased with my haircut today, as always, and just so incredibly grateful for Hannah and that I’ve gotten to follow her around over the past few years!

hannah has been cutting and dyeing my hair for 4ish years, and after each appointment i feel waaaay better than i did walking in, for lots of reasons. hannah has a warm, calming presence and has always made me feel so comfortable. she’s got the chat if you want it, but she’s got comfy silence if you need it too. i’ve come with pictures of the exact cut and color i want and she’s executed it perfectly and i’ve also walked in and said “i want to feel like a beautiful fairy” and she understood and again, nailed it. i’ve recommended her to friends and strangers alike, because i get compliments on my hair allllllll the time. she doesn’t judge, she listens, communicates, and is incredibly good at what she does. i always leave feeling like a better version of me. thank you hannah! 💕🫶🏻

I’m 57 and for the last 15 YEARS I have never gotten the hairstyle I’ve wanted UNTIL I got a cut by Hannah at HiFi. Not only is she a very sweet person, she is an artist! She TRANSFORMED my hair from a heavy boring suburban look into a style I love that makes me feel awesome every single day and truly brings out the best in my hair. Her price point is totally reasonable/a bargain for the kind of service I got. She spent time really listening, looking, and communicating with me so we were on exactly the same page about what I wanted. And then the MAGIC happened! She did that thing only the best stylists do—she gave me the cut that was EXACTLY WHAT MY FACE NEEDS! can’t recommend her highly enough!

Hannah is an AMAZING hairdresser! She gave me an absolutely life changing haircut, and I love people comparing me to Angelina Jolie from Hackers. I never thought I could pull off a cooler looking cut but Hannah is very communicative and talented, and made me feel like a whole new woman! HIGHLY recommend her services!
