I got burned the whole time. My hair even got burned because no heat protectant. My boyfriend was with me and he was asking what’s that smell and I told him burnt hair. Every stylist knows you’re supposed to use heat protectant with a blow dryer or straight iron. I’m never coming back and I’ll just cut my own hair because this was my worst experience. I don’t even wanna add a photo because of how ugly it feels. I’ll be wearing hats till my hair grows out again. I also got charged for a redo when there was no redoing she just messed up. They told hair arched bangs and layered cut and I got charged extra. Just stay away from here.

Maribel is great!!! A little scissor happy but is long as you let her know you don’t want to and clip she won’t. I enjoy coming to the salon I love the way you do my wash in sets. Customer service is great if you’re into coronas have one set back. Me I’ll enjoy a glass of wine an unwind.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about a year and every time I go in here, she shows me away to one of her friends who cuts hair about 3 miles away, and today I heard them giggling, saying that they don’t do men’s haircuts. And since they multiservice, it smells like chemicals in the air. Do not come here if you are queer.

i come here on a regular only because Vanessa my hair dresser works here. She is so good, she makes it worth it coming here nothing else. There is always an issue with who ever is going to wash your hair. The Owner seems to have a problem hiring someone to just to wash hair. Sometimes my hair dresser have to wash my hair which takes time from her hands. At least during the weekends or when it’s busy there should be someone that just washes hair . Another thing is they play music like if you were at the club it’s so ghetto. I want to relax and pamper myself not feel like I’m at the club with music mad loud while i do my hair . Some ambient music is fine or whatever type of music but at a normal volume so at least you can listen to the person who’s talking to you .

Love this place. I was tired of trying different salons.They welcome anyone...specially those of us with natural hair (no chems). Great customer service. Vanesa is the best! My hair was above shoulder length...couldn't grow it and with her TLC and expertise I've managed to have healthy long hair. Only trust her with mines. You can also get your nails done and spa treatments there which is convenient.
