What a great experience. Booking easy but that is not the important part. Paula has so much knowledge and is so peaceful and her skill set has a very wide range. She is a great listener. And I’ve had more relief from one session with her than I’ve had in years. So thankful to have come across Paula and her business and highly recommend

I've had a lot of massages and Niki gave one of the best massages I've ever had. Very detailed and intentional. She has magic hands, perfect pressure with unique technique. Highly recommend the scalp and facial massage add on. This place is beautiful, clean with exceptional customer service. I will be coming back.

Hilton Head island Spa and Wellness offers a relaxing and restful environment with multiple services. I have enjoyed my massage experience there, as well as the guided group meditation. The weekly meditation is led by Paula who is an excellent guide through the meditative process. My experience at HHI Spa and Wellness has been most beneficial and relaxing. I am looking forward to my next visit to Hilton Head Island Spa and Wellness.

Lacy and Chase were wonderful! This was our first visit to the area as we were in town for a Sisters' Trip! When we walked into the building, there was a dog in the main area. I can't say I imagined a barking dog in a spa but was immediately turned off. It was barking at clients and even jumped onto the couch next to me. This was a first facial experience- I had the owner, Paula, so I must admit my expectations were high. I would never want to have her again. She made my experience unenjoyable...the facial itself felt rushed. She was very rough with the application and kept coughing everywhere. She continuously walked in and out of the room (without knocking might I add) which was extremely distracting! The environment she created was unenjoyable and I could not wait for it to be over.

Paula is amazing! I had a great massage and she helped relieve pain in my shoulder and neck. Staff is professional and friendly, and facility clean and inviting. Every time I visitHilton head, I go to this spa. Highly recommend
