HIS Grooming

Was in town visiting friends when on a whim I decided to walk in early on a Friday afternoon for a beard trim. I had a great trim and clean up with Semecka. The space was cute and Semecka was great. I would go back.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to leave one for Jared at Him Grooming Lounge. I used to go to him for my beard years ago, and he was always one of the best at his job. Jared is not only highly skilled but also a nice, well-mannered gentleman. I'm so glad to see that he is doing well and continuing to excel in what he loves. Five stars all the way!

This place is just ok! The barbers aren't consistent the owner comes off cool but a hint of I'm better than you. And he isn't a great barber just OK. For the price and cut i promise you can get a better value. Don't believe all the hype behind the name

The establishment is immaculate! Contactless temperature is taken upon entry. Dez' cuts are always sharp!

Best place for a dude to get his haircut on Capitol Hill, absolutely love coming here. I always book a 'cut with Ms. Semecka Porter, she is the best! Not only does she give me the best haircut, but we have the best conversations about literally everything. She's a gem and joy to be around. I'd give HIS Grooming TEN stars if I could, especially the lovely Ms. Porter!
