HN NAILS & SPA II

I’ve come in and out of this place over the last few years and my experience is never consistent. The most recent time I went in requesting a fill with a simple green shade, flowers on one finger and free handed swirl design on the other, I even showed inspo pictures. A young technician did my nails, she rushed. Nails on both hands are different lengths, the swirls were not free handed and look really weird. she did not even do the flowers, she did not file them down like I asked. I asked her a question about colors and she ignored me. 2 days after leaving my nails have begun to come off. I thought about going back in after walking out and asking her to reshape them and add the flowers but I didn’t see her before leaving and was already frustrated. Kay did an amazing job! So sweet and talented. 10/10 will be returning for sure! I recommend calling to make an appointment because it does get busy quickly. I got a gel set with designs, and my two daughters had their natural nail gel painted with designs. Altogether, I only paid $120.

I've been to other salons & I have to say that this is my favorite place thus far. Lien is amazing. she dis my pedi & I just love her beautiful attitude. she's very sweet & polite & Haley is amazing. I had a dip done& I love how she takes her time to do my nails & I love the outcome of her great service. I will Definitely be asking for these lovely ladies again. Thank you HN Nails

I used to go here alot but haven't been in awhile but now i am sure I will never go back. My daughter and I went in for pedicures. They Asked my daughter which service she wanted and then just gave me the same thing didnt ask which i guess is good because inwould have paid more money for everything below. While cutting my nails back he clipped a piece of skin of toe next to it and went oh and continued as I stated that hurt, didn't not file my heals or the side of my feet by the little toes and as I work on my feet all day they need it. Continued on and I stated I have 2 toes that have an ingrown nail starting and they hurt and are sore..mind you I told the person and the one next to me to make sure they knew what i wanted and nothing completely ignored, message was brief and only

My first time coming to HN nails and im so impressed. I've never had my nails shaped so perfectly. There was so many colors to choose from and as a walk in we were seated for services rather quickly. (Pretty busy little spot and I see why!)
