It’s a decent nail salon but today was a horrible experience. I’ve been here twice before for Russian manicure and gel on my real nails. Both experiences were good. Today I asked for them just to remove the gel and give me a regular manicure with regular polish. The lady I got was older with glasses but I didn’t ask for a name but this review is towards my experience with her. She immediately started cutting my nails very short without asking me what length and shape I wanted. It was too late for me to even say anything and she said she had to cut them because of the gel which never happened before so I was confused. She filed my nails very badly and they were very crooked. She asked what color I wanted and I showed her a picture and asked her if there was a color like this one, she said n

My daughter and I had a really wonderful mani/pedi. The team is very knowledgeable and thorough. Doan did my gel manicure and he took extra care of my nails making sure the length of my nails were even and beautifully polished. Brenda did my pedicure and was very thorough and sweet. Vivian did an absolutely AWESOME job on my daughter’s french chrome manicure. She paid attention to every detail to create perfection on my daughter’s nails. Jose did her pedicure and was really wonderful too. I highly recommend this nail salon. It was peaceful and relaxing.

I have never in my life walked out on a nail service before completion until coming here. I called and made an appointment for an acrylic full set. They had five hours before my appointment to ensure that someone there knew how to do it. My nail technician was Francis. The application of the acrylic is absolutely horrible. On some nails, it goes into my cuticles, and on others it’s too high on the nail and she didn’t blend it into my natural nail. The nails are thick and all uneven. She somehow managed to flatten the tips out and reduce the curve in my nails so they all look flat and gross. She didn’t bother cleaning up my cuticles before getting started hence why they are so messed up in all the pictures. I often walk past, but today I decided to stop in and stay a while and I am so thankful that I did. Donna and Michelle made me feel right at home. I can’t wait to go back again thank you for today!
