Holly Nails

I’ve come to this nail shop for years… Faithfully, But as soon as I complained about something it was straight attitude from Tammy and the young girl that work there..All I wanted was my nail repaired.. Something that was no fault of mine.. When I came in to have it fixed Tammy didn’t want to take accountability for my nail cracking the very next day while I was out of town for my Birthday!!! I’ve given this shop a lot of my hard earned money but at the end of the day, she didn’t care!! I even gave her a pass and tried again.I understand we can have bad days.. But Nope!!! The same horrible and disrespectful treatment!! Not even a hello when I walked through the door!! My fill in was rushed and my nails looked a Hott mess when I left!! But it’s cool, they will NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!!

I have been going to Tammy for a few years and have always received great service. I enjoy the atmosphere and prices always great. Tammy is so nice and caring. My hands feel so good afterwards.

I’m so disappointed that I received horrible service from Tammy. She refused to fix my eyebrows and told me to never come back.. I’m really shocked because I always received awesome service in the past . I didn’t have to pay even tho I wanted to but she refused .I wish Tammy could have handled the situation better.

I have been going to get my nails done here for almost two years and I absolutely love my experience every time. I mainly get pedicures and my feet are always happy afterward. All four employees have worked on me in the past and not a single one is bad. As long as I live here, I’ll be going to see them.
