Hollywood Nails

Terrible service. No one greets you and I sat there well over an hour instead of creating appointments they make you wait for them. Could be waiting up to an hour and half, has happened before. This is not a one time experience I’ve gone there as a customer countless times and it never gets better.

I went in there to get a pedicure. That was the worst pedicure I ever gotten in my life. It was a mess. She didn’t soak my feet long enough, it seems like she was rushing. She didn’t scrub my feet enough. She didn’t do a massage and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted oil. The WORST PEDICURE EVER‼️I would never ever return. Then she charged me $50.00. She said that the pedicure was $30.00 . She said that she had to charge me $20.00 because I used 2 different gel polish. It was a older lady. Don’t ever go to her. The next day it started messing up.

I did a walk-in here and their customer service was great. Mike, my technician, helped me pick a color and made sure that the end result was what I wanted for my mani and pedi. They were very friendly and accommodating. Appointments are not necessary but reservations can be made. I recommend checking them out!

Loved my ombre nails at first! But after a week the acrylic kept popping off my nail bed, but the glued on fake nail part would stay on, so I got some nail glue to secure the acrylic to my nail, so that it wouldn't rip my whole nail off. After a week of glueing one of the nails popped up again and caused my nail to rip and bleed, so I had to soak the acrylic off before further damage occurred.
