Hollywood Nails

I had a 5:30 appointment for a full acrylic set, and I am honestly still in disbelief over this experience. I waited almost 45 minutes just to sit in the chair. Then almost another 15 minutes before anyone even began working on my nails. My cuticles were filed with the electric drill rather than being properly soaked and trimmed, which immediately felt rushed and careless. Not to mention my cuticles were becoming red and irritated from the skin burning. After that, I waited nearly another hour before the full set was even applied, and then another 30–45 minutes before she began painting and doing my design. In total, we were there for almost FOUR hours and being bounced around from person to person. In no world should a simple full set take that long. A standard full set typically takes

EDIT:after speaking to Amy over the phone she was failing to see what we were upset about. Extremely unprofessional and harsh tone. I was told over the phone by another employee that I would get half off if I came into this salon. I came into the salon and she said that she would have to have a sign of paper take our nails off and then give us half off. Which is absurd so we get half off and have no Nails ? After we just paid full price? Then she wanted me to sign a paper saying I’ll delete my truthful Google review of her horrific establishment in order for me to get half off. none of this was discussed over the phone. She then proceeds to sit down and talk crap About us in front of our faces to a customer. Extremely unprofessional, manipulative sick people. Highly recommend never coming

First time getting gel nails here and I had such a great experience! Kathy did my manicure, pedicure, and gel nails, and she was amazing. Her service was so good, and I felt very comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I’m posting this in behalf of my mother (Linda) she goes here every 2 weeks. Amy does a phenomenal work she takes her time she is very professional polite lady very respectful the owner is very nice woman I get my mom gift certificates for Christmas and her birthday and Mother’s Day. Amy is very good she takes her time and she’s always does everything right if your not pleased she offers to do it over but my mom Linda loves her work the prices are really good. Amy is the most talented woman I recommend her to all my friends and family and my clients. Ive been going there for over 10 years I would never ever go anywhere else. Thank you Amy for always doing your very best and always taking care of my mother Linda.

I had an awful experience. I went with my mom to get spa pedicures, and at first they confirmed the price that was on the flyer, and then when I went to pay, they gave us a completely different price. The owner then yelled at me because they thought I had not paid the new price. It's whatever they feel like charging you. The employees are also very rude, especially the owner. We had tipped prior to getting the unexpected price swap on us and no one even said 'thank you' for the tip. I don't recommend this place for your nails. Expect poor customer service and being blindsided with prices.
