I decided to skip my usual place and stop by this location for a manicure and pedicure. I was happy when I walked in because they only had one customer. My initial thought was maybe this can be my new go to because its closer to my home. Unfortunately, it did not take long for me to figure out why business was so slow. Tony was kind and professional, but Hannah. Oh my goodness 😳. Hannah is EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional and her customer service skills are awful. I chose to take the high road and not respond to her offensive tone and language, because I knew I would NEVER return. Then 3 days later my nails started to chip, so they also use cheap products.
