Hollywood Nails & Spa ( 𝑬𝒚𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝑻𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉-𝑼𝒑 special now – $250 )

I went here a little over a month ago, I asked for a dip nail set that I had put together combining two different sets. Anyways, I wish that lady (Cindy) who had done my nails spoke up and had said, hey I don’t think that I can do the flames. Is there something else I can do? Instead I walk out looking like a two year old had done my nails who couldn’t color inside the lines or do a proper ombré effect. The spider webs lines were all different kinds of thickness as well. The only decent nail that I got out of this whole set were the mummies. The lady never asked me to look at my nails before they cured under the lamp to see if I liked them. I’m really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I showed a clear picture of the nail shape and design I wanted, and what I received looked nothing like it. The design was very messy, uneven, and rushed. The lines weren’t clean, and the overall finish was far from what I asked for. On top of that, when I politely asked for my old set to be removed properly, I was met with attitude. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect respect and quality service, and unfortunately, I received neither. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon if you’re looking for attention to detail or good customer service. I’ve been going to Hollywood Nails for years and I love them. I drive 35 mins from my house just to get my nails done here because they are lovely. They are fast and they are always able to fit me in even when I don’t have an appointment. Kristina was so attentive. She soaked my nails to take off gel polish that I already had on in an effort to keep my nails healthy and I really appreciate it. I will continue to drive farther for the great experience.

I’ve been going to Hollywood Nails for years for both my manicures and pedicures, and the quality has always been exceptional. I’ve never had a nail break or my polish chip, even with my busy routine. I work in a professional office where I’m constantly typing and handling files, and at home I’m cleaning daily with a variety of products — my nails truly take a beating! The staff is wonderful — friendly, caring, funny, and always welcoming. I highly recommend Hollywood Nails!
