Branca did an amazing job on my curly updo! She got it done in about 30-45 mins and it wasn't as expensive as other salons. She's very kind as well. Make sure to call/text her beforehand to make sure you're at the right address.

I just got charged $140 for a 2 inch, on straight hair, cut and blow dry .. after I waited an hour for service which I didn’t really mind. I have NEVER paid that much for a cut even at high end salons on Newbury St. I feel totally taken advantage of bcs I didn’t speak her language. I felt the girls in the salon chattered amongst themselves on my very taxed price. I’m so disappointed. I was referred by my daughter after she felt bad for the girl not having paperwork to work legally so I thought hey I’ll check her out and if I like her I’ll go all the time. I NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS thought she’d charge me almost $150 for a cut. AMERICAN GIRLS BEWARE.. you WILL BE OVERCHARGED AT THIS SALON.ASK FOR YOUR PRICE PRIOR TO SITTING.

I would NOT recommend this salon. I called 3 hours ago to make an appointment. When I got there the place was closed. I called them and they said that I didn’t confirm the appointment (that I made 3 hours prior). Shame on you for not having any integrity or pride in your work!

Branca is a great, friendly and very professional. She listened to my needs and I'm very happy with my new hair style. I would totally come back!

Mother has gone to them 3 times now since they first opened. She likes them a lot. Only the owner understands some English so there might be a language barrier for non- Portuguese/spainsh speakers.
