First time going and it went great! Got everything I needed. The Gentlemen helped me navigate the store and even came from behind the counter, to help with product selection for men. The store was bright and very clean; not overwhelmed with tons of products. The have brand name and great quality products; from Blue Magic to Design Essentials (WORTH THE MONEY, great at opening your scalps' pores.) Ladies They also have a big selection of mink lashes, even the 20+mm. I also love the section with all the natural brands together. I definitely will be a returning customer.

They are hardly open and they said 10pm is closing time I came to the store at 4:30pm and the lady wiping the door told me they were close after I drives 30 min to get there!

The best beauty supply store I e ever been to in such a long time. The staff is very attentive and kind. They’ve helped me find what I was looking for and recommended items I didn’t even know was available in stores. Not only is it a Black own business but the outstanding service made it a pleasant visit. I will definitely be a regular here. Highly recommended!!!! They also offer a cash app option so you can purchase items ahead of time and have it ready by the door. You can’t get better than that.

I just recently went to this store!!! First let me say that it’s nice. Now when I walked in there were three young boys very polite but knew nothing about the products or hair. I asked for a 27 mix curly wig and he had to call his parents for pricing that took 20 mins and then I was quoted a price if 130 with tax 150and was told the unit was 100% human hair when in fact it was not. This hair was shedding and felt like synthetic hair. I don’t mind supporting black own businesses but be truthful. All wigs are non-refundable it was not a quality wig. I am going to do a consumer report and BBB complaint. 150 is a lot of money to only be able to wear this wig one time!! I want my money back or made good in the mess I was sold!!
