Five star experience! I walked in and was immediately able to get serviced without an appointment. I showed Ken a picture of what I was looking for, and he very confidently assured me that he knew exactly how to do that. He worked efficiently, was easy on my nails as in there was no pain in the process, and he did the most fantastic job ever. I will definitely be going back to him. He worked really quick and clearly knew what he was doing. He gave me beautiful almond shaped nails, and I could not be more pleased. I keep looking at them and they are literally perfect.

I love this place! The team there is very welcoming and they take pride in their work. I don't like my dip thick on my nails and they get it very thin. My nails last 3 weeks. Clean, great selection of colors for dip, nails, anything. Reasonably priced. The manager...sorry I can't recall his name... he truly cares about the business, the technicians, and has a passion for all the customers to have a great experience. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I would not recommend. I have been here twice and didn’t get the best nails either time. I gave a star because they were friendly and another because the place looked clean. But 1- they didn’t cut my friend or my cuticles. 2- the paint didn’t cover our entire nail. 3- when I went to tip they labeled 20% as “good” 25% as “great” and 30% as “wow”. I did not like that. I gave 20% and the person legit acted disappointed after. I’m in the service industry and I believe 10-20 percent is appropriate and any amount should be appreciated.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I have never waited so long for a technician to finish and at the same time do such a poor job. They didn’t shape or clean my nails or cuticles. Looks the same as when I came in. The polish looks as though I did it myself, it’s that bad, it’s dried with bubbles and already looks grown out from the way it was done. I can’t believe I tipped for such an awful experience. Poor experience do not come here. Update: spoke to the manager/owner and he had zero apology nor offered anything to be fixed or done, he had an attitude instead.

Literally the best experience I’ve had in over a decade since I’ve been getting my nails done. Ken was incredibly precise and mindful of ensuring my nails were taken care of to the best of his expertise. He even stopped when filing with the drill to ensure I didn’t feel a burn which I really appreciate. He explained what he was doing when and allowed me to choose what I wanted for my nails. I even noticed that a customer walked in near closing after he had spoke on the phone with her and fit her in. She even mentioned this is why people come back. I wish I had a Ken in San Antonio, I could not have asked for a better experience for my hands to be revived with a new dip color. Thank you for taking adequate time with me and ensuring it was done right.
