I went u to this store been going there for years I asked about a braided wig it was too much so I was looking at two other cheaper ones and then I put it back they're gonna hold me in the store and not let me leave and accuse me of stealing from them. I said call the police or look in my bag they wouldn't so finally the lady said to open the bag I did and boom no wigs so I should you should be ashamed of yourself and left don't go there you will be followed

Do Not Buy from this beauty supply. I picked up a face cream and the box looked a lil’ old so I said that I’m going to open it after I purchase it to make sure it’s not old because they told me I can’t open the jar. After the older Asian lady ran my credit card I opened up the jar and the face cream was dark brown . I told her that this is an old face cream and she told me to get another one .The last 2 boxes on the shelf I opened it in front of her and they were even worse. They were black and hard and this face cream is supposed to be white and soft like lotion. I told her to refund my card so I can go somewhere else she insisted that I just take one of the old expired face cream or have store credit.Other customers standing on the line started telling her that she was doing bad customer

I had never experienced such a horrible customer service like this until I went to this store. The black man keeps following you like he has nothing better doing and that Asian lady is MEAN! I’m NEVER going back to that store and I will never recommend this store to anyone. Not even my enemy!

Please stay clear of this beauty supply store. They are very rude and have horrible customer service. If you are black they will follow you around store. Try to order offline or go to rite aid a few stores down. They need to go out of business.

they will follow you around the store to make sure you are not stealing and are way too expensive go to the beauty supply at bay plaza mall its better.
