Honey Nails

Favorite nail salon. My friend referred me here about 5 years ago and I've been a loyal customer ever since. The location offers plenty of parking and the salon is always clean with a large selection of nail polishes and services offered. The Owners, Tim and Kelly, make an effort to get to know their clients. The staff is amazing as well, everyone I've had does a good job. Most importantly, they're efficient. No matter what service I get, I'm done within an hour. For bio-gel nails and designs, I have to shout out Lily. She's amazing and can do any design you think of. Kelly is also good for designs and any special requests. For pedicures, Tim and Susan are both the best.

Honey Nails is such a wonderful salon! I get my manicure and pedicure done here every 2-4 weeks. I really like their biogel. For additional fee, have some artwork applied:-) I've had cherry blossoms and lucky cats painted for Lunar New Year. This time, I'm sporting yellow. The ladies are very caring and gentle. This is a VERY busy place. Be sure you make an appointment. Kindness goes a long way. Please remember to be kind to those who serve you!

If you are looking for a nail salon, DO NOT GO HERE. I had been coming to this salon for 4 years. I had asked Tim if his wife Kelly and him were the owners and he blatantly lied to me. He said that they weren't and both their names are listed as owners on Google. Kelly stopped doing acrylic nails and a girl with pink hair replaced her. She had a personality like a door knob. When I had my nails done by Kelly I could come in every 4 weeks. When Miss pink started doing my nails, they were lifting and chipping after 3 weeks. Ms. Pink had to go out of town and my appointment was canceled with little notice. I went to another salon and when I returned to Ms. Pink I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time with no apology. I asked her if she could smooth the back and make them look the w

I can’t recommend this nail salon enough — the management, the quality of service, everything is top-notch! I commute from Ventura County just to come here — that’s how great they are.

Sadly I have to update my review for this place. I was a regular, I liked it and thought they did good work but I think they caught a big head or something because clearly they don't care about how they treat their customers -which would explain the recent bad reviews too. I have been going monthly with my daughter for over a year, we spent a lot of money there. You'd think the staff and management would be grateful & appreciative but not apparently. They are always very cold and unfriendly, they hardly ever smile or greet you, then barely say a word when doing our nails. I guess I was ok to overcome that. My biggest issue is that apparently you cannot ask a simple question, or point out something: I have had Lily doing my gel manicure for a while and she has a temper. She gets immediately
