She was an excellent stylist!! Clear and consistent communication, while also being personable and engaging. I was late to my appointment cause I was unfamiliar with the area and she made my guilt melt away! I felt comfortable and confident the whole appointment. Very easy to talk to and made me feel more comfortable with wanting to customize my cut than any other stylist I’ve had before. I’m so excited to be getting in on the ground floor with her (since she’s still an apprentice) and I hope to become one of her regular clients! (I promise not to be late in the future) I love that she asked the other stylist about the approach she took. Also, she told me about every product that she used and why! I ended up buying a wax spray thing cause I loved the way she explained it and the results

This haircut was amazing. Adrien was so encouraging and supportive throughout the entire process. I sometimes feel like I should already know how to do my hair at my age, but she cut it in a way I’ve never seen before and gave me really helpful tips on how to maintain it. Usually, I leave haircuts feeling like they were just a necessary evil, then go home and style my hair the way I’m used to. This time was completely different. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood my hair and took the time to teach me about it in a kind, respectful way. I left feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited about my hair.

While visiting Bellingham from Boston to care for a family member, I was in desperate need of a haircut. I was lucky enough to get an appointment at Honey Salon — and I was not disappointed! Kiah was amazing. She truly listened to how I like my hair and transformed it in no time. Not every stylist enjoys cutting short hair, but Kiah didn’t even hesitate — she absolutely nailed it. Adrien was a delight and an excellent communicator re: what to expect with my upcoming fashion color. They had a strategy ready to go when I arrived, and it was clear from the outset that they were conscientious and cared about quality results. I felt listened to and very taken care of! I also really appreciated how often they checked in with me while cutting my hair - they asked for my feedback and made adjustments as they worked, and the whole process felt very comfortable.
