Today was my second visit at Honey salon in Harlem and I had another great experience. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. Soft R&B classics play in the background while you’re waiting for a wash or getting styled. My stylist (Helen) greeted me and asked me what I was getting done. She washed me and took her time styling me- which I loved! I’ll be going back as I’m transitioning from relaxer to natural. Honey is a true gem!

Baby, clutch your scalp and dig into those roots. Mizz Karina gave my hair life, shape, attitude and that boom. No, lie my confidence and beauty were revived. Fingerwaves, a relaxer, plus a delicious haircut and here I am. Get into it . Mizz G.G is an excellent receptionist and then some. Thank you for being welcoming and sincere. I enjoyed myself. I relaxed, conversed and felt genuinely welcomed. Honestly, as a whole the entire salon staff was on point. Professional, inviting and truly engaging people. My wife and daughter had the mist wonderful experience at the Honey Salon. They were extremely knowledgable about the health of the hair and equally skilled at the beautification and styling aspect!!!! This is our Uptown go-to!!!!!

I would have given 5 stars but they are pricey. With that said walking into the salon, I was greeted, my coat was hung up for me and I was offered a drink. My stylish Kerinah was the best. She explained everything to me. She was friendly and put me at ease. I was about to change my look dramatically and she assured me that it would look good. She didn't let me leave her chair until my hair was perfect. Thank you Kerinah!!!!

Walking into Honey Salon this morning felt like exhaling for the first time in a while. I arrived a little nervous — it’s been months since I’ve worn my natural hair out after protective styles, and I wasn’t sure what condition it would be in. But the second I sat down, the entire staff wrapped me in warmth. No judgment - just genuine care, comfort! What could’ve been an anxious appointment turned into a peaceful, affirming moment. They handled my hair with such intention and confidence, reminding me that my hair is strong, healthy, and full of life.
