Honeyluxe Nail Salon

I visited Honey Luxe Nail Salon on 2/7 and was seen by Kimmy for a color change ($20), eyebrows ($10), and upper lip. When it was time to pay, I was told my total was $40. I repeatedly asked for a breakdown of the charges because upper lip waxing was not listed on the price menu, but instead of giving me a clear explanation, I was only told “the total is $40.” After I continued asking, I was then told that my nails “should have been $25 because of the length,” even though my nails are short, and that she had “given me a discount.” She then said she could give me $2 back, admitting the price had been rounded up to $40 without my consent. The whole interaction felt disorganized and uncomfortable, and it seemed like the explanation changed only after I started questioning the total. Transp

I went in for a filling 2 weeks ago and before starting she advised me that she will be charging me a 10 dollers extra for a shape repair when I just got a new set and pedicure only 2 weeks prior since I felt like I was being Scammed and discriminated against I refused to proceed doing my nails and the nail tech Started screaming at me in a loud tone and calling me ghetto When my behavior was no where near ghetto. Nor was I deserving of that type of treatment and behavior after I spent a $100 the last time I was there. I left in tears what a mean wicked woman. She really runIned my day

I came here with my 11-year-old daughter and they charged her like an adult. I will never be coming back here ever again. They didn’t even ask me what type of polish I wanted to put on her foot. They just put whatever polish they want on her to charge me whatever they wanted to. No design regular gel paint
