Hong Kong Nails

Great customer service but terrible job on nails. Poor painting techniques and nails were lumpy. I was there for over 2 hours to get a fill and pedicure. And it looks horrible. Money and time wasted on a Friday and my nails still jacked. The lady offered to fix the polish but I had to come back later. I will not be going back

i asked for white and i got red sparkles, they're so thick i cant type. they are uneven cut. the customer service is great. nails arent bad if i had asked for red.

Awful shaping. The lady was mean. Tools were unhygienic. DO NOT recommend.

Idk how I even gave it 2 stars to be honest I think only because of the woman that tried to fix my nails. Usually I'm the kind of person if it's a kind of small problem I'll leave it alone but I've never had an experience like this one.. I went on today Friday the 15th I walked in at 6 pm an didnt leave until 8 pM. Mind you they close at 730. When I walked in a older woman greeted me and motioned for me to have a seat at her table after I told her I wanted acrylic nails with gel polish and had a picture of how I wanted them. Then she began on my nails. 1st when she glued the plastic tips on she put them on crooked and when I pointed it put to her she told me she would file them to be straight before she put the acrylic and after.
