We had a set appointment for Saturday at 8 30am. I get there, the lights are out and no one was in the shop as if it was closed. Kept calling and it was going to voicemail and kept messaging her and there was no response. No response, no apologies no acknowledgement of the no show. It was too cold outside and I didn't have a car so I just went to another shop that accepts walk in.

They did my son's braids, and he loves them. Very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend them! I called and made an appointment. I am very happy with their service. Clean shop, friendly stylists. Thank you, Hope!

The braids are decent if you're lucky enough to get a response for an appointment. Not sure what the disconnect is but the last 3 times I've attempted to book it's taken 3-5 days to confirm. One time they responded after the date I requested had already passed. I reached out almost 2 weeks ago (via phone call and text) for an appointment this Saturday (01/04) because I wanted to get my hair braided for my birthday and I still haven’t received a response to confirm the price or the date. Luckily I found someone closer to me with an actual booking site! It’s unfortunate because the braids aren’t bad and the shop is located in a nice area with ample parking.
