Perfect experience. I came in around 5:30/5:45. I asked for pedicure, full set and a trim. They were really nice with me and my child. Even though everything took past closing time. They did my nails and toes at the same time and continued with my hair and nails at the same time. I felt like a princess. I thank you guys, if I could name names I would! Very nice customer service. The service provided was great, but the issue is that they charge you one price, you pay it, and then they come back and ask you to pay more. That makes no sense. I have been coming here for years, and now she’s claiming that the worker didn’t know the price. This lady has been working here for many years, so how does she not know? Since when did the price go up? If a mistake is made, you take the lost and make sure the work know the correct price next time — you don’t go back to the customer afterward for more money. On top of that, the way they handled it made it seem like I was going to leave without paying the extra $15, even though I had already paid the original price. Went to get a Gel pedicure . Lady was ok but 2 days later it started to peel off . What a waste of time and money . I been to different nail salons and never had this happen.

I love how they cut my hair and styled it, the woman that cut my hair, she listened and made sure to not take a lot of length, she’s the best

Out of all the salons i have been to in queens, this one had the friendliest techs. The ladies were so nice and welcoming once you entered the salon, unlike other places where they dont even say hi and have nasty attitudes. Brenda did my nails and she was amazing. She took her time on my hands and feet and did such an amazing job. I was very happy to have found a place in which everyone was sweet.
