This store will not stand by its products. I purchased a product that did not work. They sent a lady that could barely speak English to conversant with me. The product had 12 items in it, I used 1 of the items to tell them it did not work. You can not open .How do you know it is not useable? I should have expected this! I won’t patronize this store again.

I felt like management felt everyone there was trying to steal something. It's the only store in University City with a security guard you have to pass to exit the store. I didn't feel comfortable there. This devalued my shopping experience. I will not return and give the business my money.

Staff was very helpful with assisting me with my product, making sure it was the correct product. Staff very professional knowledgeable and helpful 👏 great job.

This is a good place to buy hair care and skin products for all hair types and skin tones. I purchased my shaving products from here. If you can go during the week it’s a lot less crowded.

Me and my friends just decided to come shop last minute, and this lady decided to watch us the entire time. The store is huge and the lady only walked down the aisles we are walking on. We all felt profiled and had the same shocking experience! Also, the manager and customer service was terrible when we approached them with this issue.
