Hot Nail

I have never been to this salon…but my kid got my a Mother’s Day gift certificate and it was about to expire so I went there to get my nails done and eye brows waxed. I told them I wanted a full set and eye brows and then I asked if I could use the gift certificate towards my services. I first told her I wanted my nails black with gold tips…then I thought about incorporating pink for breast cancer awareness month…so as she was doing my nails I was telling her what I wanted to add and what I wanted her to do she got frustrated and said the more I add the more I pay I said that’s fine that’s no problem. The final straw for her was when I asked for a pink line apparently because she blurted out “YOU ARE A LIAR!” I looked around so confused…she said that I told her that I only had $35…I NEVER

THE NAIL SALON RIPPED MY NAIL OFF. I came in to get my dip powder removed. A lady sat me down, I asked her I wanted to get them soaked off 2 different times she completely ignored me. She then grabs some small plastic utensil which might have been an acrylic nail and RIPS my nail off. I get upset she ignores me again my grandmother comes over to the table and then only did she care to put a bandaid on it ( mind you I am a minor). She tells me the reason why some of my nail ripped off is because I went to a different nail salon and not theirs. She was disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. Please do not come here I am so heartbroken, I have been growing my nails out for months and they were at the perfect length.

I went to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed. The lady was very polite and did everything to make sure I was happy. I’m very pleased with the service I received!!

It was my f first time going to the place I get there and my sister told me to ask for Lynn so I discovered there was two of them there with the same name what has a little longer hair in a ponytail and the other has about chin length hair so the one with the ponytail didn't I pedicure and manicure she did a good job with the pedicure but with my nails they look a mess and on top of that I had to show her where she had nail polish all on the side of my nails to me and my nails look thick Bucky and they're not even in a square shape it just looks like something that I did I also tried the mood look and let's just say you can't even tell that that's what that's what it's supposed to be on my nails so after I left I came home and begin to inspect my nails even more under the bottom of my nail

The staff were friendly. It was only a man and his wife. They did my nails in a timely manner. I think my nails came out good but it still could have been done better. I think they're a bit overpriced, but that's my opinion.
