Hot Nail Salon

Horrible experience. These are my nails only 1 week after getting them done. All girls know that if you get a quality set done it lasts for weeks minimum 3 weeks and they are still strong and looking pretty good, aside from the nail growth. These nails are see-through even though I picked a dark color, they hot dull and scratched up in the first 3 days. The tech left a gap between the fake nail and my real nail, he didnt put enough bonding gel to cover the nail all the way up, so food gets stuck there and I have to carry around a brush to clean in between the nails. And just one week after getting them one already broke at the tip while I was doing the most mundane task. I went to the salon and very respectfully told them about everything, after the nail broke I thought this is not right I

I asked for a Gel-x pedicure, I was expecting to be charged around $85, but she ended up charging me $105(just for my toes, hands not included)!!! I payed because since it’s so expensive I expected quality and exactly what I asked for. I ended up getting cuts on 5 of my toes, my nails are too thick, I told her many times that I did not like the shape if she could please make them more squared(I hate being picky but due to the price being so high I really felt like I should have gotten what I asked for), I eventually just had to give up, because no matter how many times I politely asked her to please file them more squared, she did not give me what I wanted. Listen ladies, A little bit more expensive then your local salons. BUT, quality is there! Paula greeted herself and shook my hand. (That’s a first.) She directed me to Laura who did my deluxe pedicure. Included, callus remover, scrub, gel, and a 10 minute massage. She did absolutely amazing! I have no complaints at all. Which is surprising because I’m the type of woman that thinks to herself: “if I’m spending my hard earned money it better be exactly how I want it!” & most salons have failed at this. But I’m glad they did, because I found this one. Thank you Hot Nails! My new spot. I’m very delighted in the work & customer service. They even gave me a water without asking. No complaints. I’ve tried multiple places out here in the valley and finally found what I was looking for. FINALLY a place that has a friendly vibe a customer service. And I LOVE the owner. Wonderful woman. They offer a beverage as soon as you sit down. The massage chairs are actually BOMB. Skilled stylist of course (I go to Tina). And the place has a nice aesthetic overall. I ditched my old nail salon so fast for this place. The other salon had skilled ppl as well, but it’s not about that. I’m here at some point every month, so I appreciate a space with a nice vibe 🤍 Oh and I’m also always a walk in and have no issue being seen quickly. Mind you I don’t think I go during the busiest hours but idk

I had my nails done by Benjamin and my pedicure by Linda and I am extremely satisfied! They were both so friendly and welcoming and I love how they turned out. I will definitely be returning!
