This was always my favorite nail salon. I've been here many, many times. I've raved about it to many people! It's my go-to. Usually I always get gel on my real nails. This time I didn't have any real nails because I had bit them off, so I got a full set. (I've always paid around $30-$40 for a full set. I was shocked to find out they were $80 then extra because I got chrome color.) There was a girl next to me getting a full set as well and she already had her nails glued on and was getting them shaped. I had my nails all completely done and was onto my pedicure getting my toes painted before the girl who was next to me even had her nails painted! I have never had such a bad experience in a salon in my life. The nail tech was visibly annoyed the second he sat down. He had a nail fungus on every one of his fingers and did not wear gloves (this is not ok at all as it is highly contagious). He then proceeded to file my nails down to my fingertips, aggressively, when I repeatedly asked to keep the length. I didn't want to be rude and ask for someone else but knew I was in for it at this point. The dip powder is still attached to my cuticles as well as the sides of my nails and underneath. Multiple fingers are cut and bleeding from the aggressive filling. I left the salon with unfinished nails after a second tech attempted to fix his mistakes, then tried to put gel polish on top of the lumpy dip powder that is still attached to skin on a

Would not recommend. I came in for a pedicure and the woman who started me cut me 3 times rushing. Instead of apologizing about cutting me a 3rd time she just laughed and then look frustrated and handed me off to someone else to finish. When my pedicure was finished I asked if there was time for a gel manicure they assured me it was fine. I should’ve learned my lesson from the pedicure. She rushed the manicure didn’t ask me to wash hands. Did not use cuticle treatment. Did a quick file and color. I feel it was over priced for what it was and the service was horrible. I am new to this area and decided to give this place a shot but I will not be returning.

After less than a week of my dip manicure the nails started to have cracks which are resulting in chipping off. Not pleased with the service as the tech took less than 25 minutes on my nails. Also dip was also not applied to my whole nail looking them look grown out.

My experience at Hot Nails is always top notch… Jin has been my tech most times I’ve gone and he never disappoints, Will and the staff are always professional and ready to work… They pay attention to detail and know how I like my nails done without me even having to say anything… Thank you again for always having my nails look great!!
