I have been Hot Heads customer for almost 6 years and I always have a wonderful experience at Hot Heads Salon, especially with Brittney! She is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly listens to what you want. Brittney made me feel comfortable from start to finish and took her time to make sure everything was just right. For over two years now, I’ve been a loyal patron of Hot Heads, where KEN, my preferred stylist, consistently exceeds my expectations with his intuitive understanding of my hair goals, surprising me with each haircut. Additionally, GREG, another skilled stylist, delivered stunning highlights about 2 years ago, that garnered numerous compliments at both work and among friends. Entrusting my hair to HALEY for a Balayage this afternoon, despite being a new stylist to me, proved to be an excellent change, as she impeccably transformed my hair, leaving me enamored with the result. Hot Heads is undeniably the epitome of excellence in hair services, boasting a team of warm and welcoming professionals who never fail to leave me beaming with satisfaction after every visit.

Haley is so kind, fun, diligent, detail oriented, and is an overall incredible hair stylist. I’ve been getting highlights for over 10 years and have moved a lot so have had a lot of different stylists, but Haley’s work has been my favorite. She does such a great job blending and is also so easy to talk to. So grateful for Haley and Hotheads!

Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, great shampoo chair, massages all the knots in your body while you get a great massage/shampoo. And a wonderfully personable stylist, Andrew! But all the team members seem great!

I have very very thin and now thinning chin to shoulder length straight hair. I have had two haircuts, one with color and highlights, with Gregory. He listens carefully and works to produce exactly what I want--and better. He fine-tuned the color mixture for my hair rather than using a straight color. People comment on how good my hair looks. AND, my hair holds the great cut line for almost the 3 months I take between appointments. Amazing results from a Master stylist--worth every penny. My total experience at the salon is great. I am VERY glad I returned after 7 years away.
