After traveling from Washington DC. I called Hot Spot to see if they had availability because i needed a cut before my cruise. I spoke with Larry who picked up the phone professionally and respectively. He told me come on there's a few people in front of you but I'll take care of you. This is by far one of my favorite haircuts. I plan on visiting him again after my 7 day cruise.

Great experience, fast and professional as usual, much respect and friendly service! Their prices are perfect in comparison to other barbers in the city! If I visit New Orleans again I’ll visit them for sure!

Messed up my lining. I have a widows peak so it’s one thing to have to push up my lining to make it straight but they completely got it like a diagonal line. When I went to discuss it the first time, every barber acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. I said I wanted a refund and the obviously young barber that did my hair said no. It’s not about the money for me, I’ll make it back a million times over. It’s about being a black owned business in a black neighborhood, serving majority black customers and how you treat them. The others look down on us and we’re robbing each other atp. This was my first time here. I have been going to multiple barbers around the city to find where I fit best, this is really not it. I hope you find better barbers because I’ve never had a worse lining i

Prices to high for Barbers who don't have great experience not customer service. Dude messed my baby hair lining up than said he kept moving. My son is 10 10 years of hair cuts and I never had that problem I had to get both of the boys hair lining re done after a week. Had to let some hair grow in to get it right
