I just had a Brazilian with Ella — she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet to talk to the entire time, and she definitely made me feel as comfortable as possible and tried to be as gentle as she could during the waxing process. After having a not so great experience with European wax, this convinced me to get back into waxing! Will definitely be booking with Ella and HOTWAX again:))

Always have a great experience here. They generally have appointments available, clean space, everyone is friendly and Shae is amazing! I’ve been going to her regularly for my eyebrows and she never disappoints.
