I had such an incredible experience at Hourglass from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out feeling like an absolute bombshell. My makeup artist, Mackenzie, was truly phenomenal. She was patient, warm, and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. She really listened to what I wanted, took the time to understand my features, and explained the products and techniques along the way. I never felt rushed or pressured instead just genuinely cared for. The final look was flawless, elevated, and still felt like me, just amplified in the best way. The entire staff was equally amazing kind, attentive, and welcoming. Even being offered champagne during the service made the experience feel extra special and luxurious. Great store and the staff is amazing!! Went with my sister to get the personalized palette and it was so fun, mom. Was waiting for us in the waiting area and the staff was so kind to her offering tea and showing her products so she ended up buying some things as well

Such an amazing experience. I was lucky to have Miguel helping me out and he showed me the exact products i needed for an excellent makeup look and let’s not forget how on point his shade match was. They also gave us complimentary cappuccinos afterwards. amazing store id rather higher if i could. Also want to give a shout out to Teagan! She was so sweet.

Teagan and Miguel are actual GEMS. My friend and I spontaneously came in and wow. They color matched us perfectly and showed us products we never would have tried otherwise. I love a natural look to makeup and Miguel really delivered, showing me a simple yet effective routine that was informative and easy to replicate. Both are truly superior makeup artists and I will not only be back to try more makeup but simply to say hi. Cannot recommend enough.

Hourglass is my favorite makeup brand, so when I saw they opened a store in SoHo, I had to go! The staff were incredibly professional and kind. They introduced the products perfectly and even did my makeup to show how everything looked on me. The interior design of the store is stunning, and the makeup artists are truly talented. I totally recommend visiting! From now on, I’ll be getting my Hourglass products from this store instead of Sephora.
