I called House of Braids on 9/11 to ask if they had anyone available to braid my extremely short hair. Tasha was amazing—she walked me through the process and booked me an appointment for 9:30 AM. When I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. I ended up getting my hair braided by Rose, and her braiding quality was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t wait to come back for my next style. I recently relocated from California to Arkansas, and I’m beyond grateful to have found this salon. Had one of the stylists reach out to me on Facebook when I was asking about getting braids to book a apt and after paying the deposit and for the hair prior to my apt I showed uo and waited a hour and a half to no one being here or answering my calls/messages. They took 140 from me and never got my hair done. Not professional I’m the slightest and I’m out 140
