i got a deva haircut for curly hair here at the beginning of january and i basically asked for more layers and showed a picture of a girl with very cohesive layers (granted i knew my hair wouldn’t look exactly the same because it was much shorter) but my hair ended up SO choppy and the layers were not blended at all. there was a very distinct top and bottom layer and it looked like there was a piece of my hair missing. at the end of my appointment i asked her to fix it a bit, so she did the left side and that looked a little bit better and i thought it looked fine by the end. when i got home i realized it was still very choppy, and i waited a couple of days before fixing it myself. now it looks better, but it still looks worse then how it looked before i cut it and im too scared to cut it

Betsy one of the owners has been my go to stylist for a few years. I originally found her through her employees' grupon I used and didnt have the best service. She was new and im a little different I dont like a lot of the new fads im stuck in my wash and go curl style so I was not looking happy when she was done and Betsy could see it on my face so she took the initiative and asked me if I was happy with my cut. I was honest not knowing she was the co-owner. She made an appointment fore for the very next day causing her to stay late to make sure no one left her salon unhappy.. and remember,this was years ago and you can tell shes always like that to everyone because you cant get an appointment over the phone or even online. We had a fabulous experience with Diana today! She squeezed us in for a last minute before school haircut for my son. She came highly recommended for her experience with curly hair and it did not disappoint! For the first time in a long time my son walked away with a great haircut! Stacy did a phenomenal job taking my drab overgrown hair and giving it life again. She was professional, and easy to talk with. She listened to what I wanted and talked about how to achieve that look. The cut far exceeded my expectations.
