I typically only leave reviews for SATISFACTION but my experience was not even worth a 1 star. The owner appeared to be professional, nice and “Christian” as she also mentioned but failed to represent her business when the issue became THEIR fault. As a patron of many stylist and never having 1 complaint it was truly dissatisfying that businesses are so money hungry they would rather lose a potential long term customer. I had my child booked for a very simple style. “2 stitch braids with curls” if the stylist would have stated she couldn’t achieve the style I could understand that. The owner booked this appointment and my daughter sat for a full hour before the stylist arrived, the stylist sounds like a sweet girl and I will not take that from her. The issue became the price of the style

I have lived in Conyers for more than 10 years. Why have i not been here before is beyond me. The vibe here is absolutely fantastic. It was no baby momma drama conversations all positive. The ladies seem to all get along and I did not have to sit and wait my appointment was at 9:30 and I went straight to the chair. Shanee was so nice and she has a good sprit. She helped me better understand how often to get my hair done and made good suggestions on styles she made me look absolutely amazing I'd definitely will be back in 3 weeks no matter what. BTW good luck at the hair show ladies

I enjoy going to house of creation to get my hair done. Toya always gives me great service and the rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad time here and my hair always ends up looking amazing. My hair stylist Toya is a miracle worker with the styles. I will continue to come here for years to come.

I started to cancel once I walked in and saw how disorganized the place was. Wigs, eyelashes, fake jewelry was everywhere. I did not know whether it was a knock off beauty supply or salon. I should have ran. Very disappointed.

I came once to get a sew in. It was fine. The stylist took my picture and posted it on the site. However, this is about my daughter. I brought her in for goddess braids. Came to pick her up when her appointment was finished and was told that they couldn’t do goddess braids. I should’ve been told that prior to her hair being done. She had regular box braids in her hair. They were pulled in a ponytail. I took the ponytail out and the braid a were different sizes and had one in the middle that stuck up like a horn.
