This is unfortunately not my first disappointing experience at this salon. I’ve been here before and decided to give them another chance, but after this visit I feel it’s important to be honest. This appointment was for color. For reference, the inspiration photo I showed at the consultation was a photo of myself — meaning the look has absolutely been achieved on my hair before. I’ve been coloring my hair consistently for over 8 years and typically alternate between full highlights and partial highlights to avoid over-processing. In all that time, I have never encountered a “partial highlight” service that did not include the entire hairline — including the back/bottom portion — so that when you put your hair in a ponytail it isn’t mismatched or obviously disconnected. Jacob has been doing my hair for over a year + and will never be leaving him!! He brings my crazy hair coloring ideas to life and just gets it right every time. He takes inspo pics and makes them 1000x. Handles my hair with care and will never leave unless you are 100% satisfied. Cannot recommend him enough. 10/10

Jacob did an amazing job with my hair today! He really listened to what I wanted and the result came out even better than I expected. The color looks very natural and the styling was perfect.
