House Of Nail Spa

I’ve been going to House of Nail Spa for almost 5 years and when ownership changed a few months ago, I was worried. My go-to girl was no longer there and I thought I was going to have to find a new salon. Im very particular about my nails and Sophia does an impeccable job. They also have a very wide range of SNS colors! Highly recommend!

When I first discovered this place 10 years ago I knew from the first time it was always going to be my spot. Angela was always the only one I’d let do my dip powder and understood my particular needs without question or judgement. Though I am sad she is no longer here I can still confidently say the service I’ve received before all these years still remains the same! I am super happy with my most recent few experiences with Sophie she has been just as great as Angela was to me learning my ways, especially to my special requests on what I like ( Thank you Sophie for bearing with me ) The rest of the new staff I’ve encountered are all so welcoming and sweet which makes me feel better. The store was clean and peaceful and their prices are reasonable. I got a regular mani pedi and they did a great job cleaning up and neatly polishing my nails. The staff was also very friendly and I was taken care of right away!

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past four years. Their service has always been great. They are always friendly, attentive and kind. Last year, ownership changed and the new management made so many upgrades. The staff is still great and somehow better. It’s always clean, and I love their attention to detail. I highly recommend visiting.

It’s very unfortunate that I’m having to write this review, because I’ve been coming to this salon regularly and thought that this was going to become my go-to place for the foreseeable future but unfortunately the bad customer service and ridiculously stingy policies have just cost them a loyal customer. I came in planning to get a cateye gel manicure/pedicure for an upcoming trip and the morning of my pedicure, I accidentally cut my foot. I decided that I shouldn’t get a pedicure and expose the cut to water, so I changed my original plan and decided to get a polish change on my feet and still get the cateye gel manicure.
