Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration and do not come here. They clearly do not intend to give customer service as they booked 5 customers at the same time for only 2 nail techs working. By time they actually get to you, they want to go so fast to get to the next person that they give you absolutely terrible service. I received the worst pedicure I have ever had. The lady nail tech didn’t even try to scrub my feet and just rushed through every step and was happy to leave me with uneven toe nails. You can’t even relax in the setting as the place is rundown and not clean. Please do not come here! If you do, at least make sure to get the guy nail tech because he at least cared about the customers he was helping.

Absolutely love this place! Wonderful service and amazing communications. Very gentle with the pedicure and listened to everything I wanted! Manicure was fast and smooth and just perfect! Definitely going here from here on out!!! Just all together wonderful environment!

I used to be an avid nail biter, but ever since I started coming to house of nails my nails are long and beautiful (featured in pic). ‘B’ has been my nail artist for over 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of services I have been given. I leave every appointment laughing and happy with my nails. I do dip every 2 weeks and it has transformed my nails. The ladies working at this location are so much fun, easy to talk to and are kind to everyone. They treat everyone very good and do their best work all the time. I HIGHLY recommend this business, especially B , to do any nail service you want.

I went for a pedicure with my mother in law and sister in law and had appointments 9 days earlier with a request for a better service. We did the royal pedicure and it took less than 35 minutes. The whole service was not so worth the money,it was just too quick and they rushed everything. Didn’t even ask us for anything and kept doing whatever they wanted. I’m sorry but 65 dollars per person for half an hour is just 130 dollars for an hour and I don’t think anyone with a degree (including me) makes that much money in an hour. Also the nail paint didn’t dry in an hour because they didn’t let the first coating dry enough before doing the second coat. Not recommended for all the reasons!!!!!

I’m honestly so upset. I’ve been here two other times and have had a wonderful experience.. so this Is very disappointing. I went in because I was recommended that the dip was stronger and would last longer so it was my first time trying it.. She did a great job at first and then I ‘complained’ about two small areas on two fingers.. probably a simple fix… and then she filed down every single nail again, took off what she had already finished and started over and gave me these giant block finger looking things.. They are huge and curling all different directions into my skin. The polish is all stuck under my nail, fused to my skin. I can’t even separate it…it’s hurts so bad. I feel like I just dropped $55 dollars on the ground.. That was such a waste of money and time.. I was there like 3 h
