I cannot express enough how amazing House Of Style is…. Emily is simply incredible with color, hair health, extensions, and more. I first came to her with a major color correction. Her exquisite attention to detail showed magically after she made the impossible, possible. Not only was my color corrected perfectly but it turned out better than I expected. She added the extensions that I really wanted and I truly felt beautiful & understood. Emily doesn’t just do want you want, she takes into consideration the health of your hair first and then works her phenomenal talent to bring to life your vision. Her professionalism and passion for her work radiants through the shop and shows with every client that sits in her chair. I cannot thank her enough for always making me feel beautiful. I trust

I’ve been going to Emily Reyes for years, and I honestly won’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always delivers exactly what I’m looking for (and somehow makes it even better every time!). I drive all the way from San Diego to Palm Desert just to see her — that’s how worth it she is! The service, the care, the attention to detail, and the way she makes you feel so pampered every single visit are unmatched. Hands down the best stylist and experience every time.

I booked a color appointment with Emily expecting a lighter shade, but the result was noticeably darker than requested. When I mentioned my concern, she unexpectedly told me she wouldn’t touch my hair again—I had to hold back from laughing at how surprising and unprofessional that felt. Later, friends who know her or have been her clients told me they haven’t gone back, citing issues with pricing and color results. I wish I had known this earlier. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here for color services.

I’ve been coming here for many years, I won’t go anywhere else this is hands down the best salon in the valley! Sam is the sweetest, I love her so much she always takes the utmost best care of me & my hair. I get non stop compliments on my hair all the time & I love that even if my hair has grown out for a while it looks natural with no harsh lines & she keeps it super healthy, she truly is the best! I’ve also had my eyebrows done here by Carolyn - she seriously has helped me gain extra self confidence as I’m no longer self conscious about my eye brows! I save tons of money on eye brow makeup as well since I no longer have to draw them on & they look beautifully natural and I love them!
