We have been tanning here for quite some time with hopes that we would see an improvement in services but unfortunately we have only seen a decline here. Typically there is one maybe two beds down at a time which is not ideal but it is what it is. For the past month every bed but one has an issue. Face tanners not working, multiple burned out bulbs, and audio issues causing the bed to beep at you and talk non stop about the warnings due to operational issues. Unless you crank up your headphones the warnings will drive you insane. It’s evident that ownership has no intention of maintaining high quality beds and services even though we’re expected to pay premium pricing for those goods and services.

The girls that work there are very sweet and kind these are the best best beds by far.Very relaxing atmosphere. If you need a good tan this is the best place to go...

Only reason I go here because it’s local and really the only reason. Salon is dirty most of the time spray beds aren’t clean and kept up with. They have been out of solution for 2 weeks. That’s a long time without any inventory turnaround. Half the staff at this location are unprofessional. Uneducated on tanning questions and information. Some even eat at front desk when you walk in. Very unprofessional location. Recommend the Spring Hill location and Trinity. They’re very nice and professional!

Their needs are never serviced with new bulbs they go months with missing ones There is only 1 young lady that takes the time to actually CLEAN the rooms and around the beds aside from just wiping the inside of it after each use. So use your own judgement for the price when right down the road you get higher lever beds for less and all bulbs work. BATHROOM WORKS. it's clean around beds as far as I could tell after 2 times. You can ask to speak with management for over a month and NEVER get a call from them. But you will hear the girls on the phone with them referring to you as their 'special friend' stating you are there again wanting to speak with them.. and still never get a call.. Don't you think they would wait till your in the tanning bed to do that call?

I stopped in and got a custom sunless spray tan it looks amazing and a healthy glow my new favorite tanning salon I also tried the red light booth it was great and the staff was very friendly
