Fraudulent company. Check BBB to get a better understanding of their illegal business practices. They have a history of complaints filed against them for the same reasons. Stealing! The response below fails to recognize that your company has strategically structured itself to provide no resource for customer complaint resolution. I have contacted the "account help desk" and "my center", the only two options provided by each and every person I speak to. Neither of those resources provide any actual help. Each send me to the other. Going to the online account to submit a help request sends you to the account help desk and they send you back to your center. It's an absolute scam.
