Customer Reviews
Had a massage earlier this evening after booking it online. When we showed up, no one spoke English. Once we pointed to the sign and showed the text conformation of our massages they got started. Only to have to talk to someone on the phone to confirm in English our massages and what we wanted. They never finished my massage. Apparently time was up, but they didn’t do my front upper body and face. I could go on…also multiple calls and loud talking amongst each throughout. Then when I only tipped $5, the lady scowled at me and said they normally get 20% and that the massage fee goes to the owner. Disappointed
While the massage was great, the overall experience was not relaxing at all. My massage therapist left the room three seperate times with no warning to tend to people who were coming inside. This killed my entire relaxing vibe and took away time from my experience. Very disorganized. The people outside of the room were all speaking very loudly throughout the entire massage, people kept coming in and out, there were loud steps continuously walking back and forth, and there was no calming music or anything to cover up the loud commotion. There would be potential here if they tried to make it a more relaxing and less chaotic environment.
I came here with a friend and unfortunately left without receiving a massage due to an uncomfortable experience. Without asking my preference, I was assigned a male massage therapist who came into the room without warning me he was entering, moved my towel off of my body, and began touching me without any warning or consent. I felt extremely exposed and violated. As a young woman, I’ve never been given a male therapist without first being asked if it is okay. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without receiving a massage. The lady at the front desk kept pushing back when we said we were leaving which made the experience even worse. Avoid, especially if you are a young female.
I booked a 30 minute massage today for my neck and shoulder pain. The male massage therapist was very good, but the staff talked very LOUD during my massage session and the experience was not relaxing and killed the mood.
My partner and I had great massages here! They took into account my specific requests. We’ll be back
